HOW TO INSTALL AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE TO YOUR PHONE-successwall.blogspot.com
Yes u can isntall root certificate using your phone.
1) download an application called Mobyexplore
2) download all the root certificate that you want to install on your phone and put them in a folder.
3)Now, CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE INSTALLER written in html.
4) After the download, open it with the moby explorer to the the names in it and rename the ca you want to install on your phone with the exact name you see in the html file.
Note: you can add more than two certs in that html box, by just continueing the der1.cer and cert1, der2.cer and cert2 etc"
8) then save it as cert.html in that new Folder you created.
9) now, transfer all the new certificates you just downloaded to that same folder you created.
10) rename all of them as der(y).cer where that "y" means the number of cer files you have downloaded. E.g, if you download upto 5 cert files, rename like dis: the first one should be; der1.cer the second one der2.cer the third on der3.cer etc...
11) after renaming all, Exit the mobyexplorer.
12) go to that new folder on your phone and open it. Now click on the file with cert.html
13) it will open and you can now start INSTALLING YOUR CA accordingly.
Any difficulty, feel free to post it.

How to CREATE .prov files with YOUR PHONE
You need two things here;
1) a classeditor download it here!
2) a raw file of already made proxy. Example, Mtn-proxy_208.085.242.222.prov
Now let us set the ball on motion.
A) after u have dwnlded the class editor and the new fresh proxy, locate where you saved the classeditor on your phone and launch(open) it.
B) through the classeditor, locate where you saved the new proxy address and open it
C) becareful here.
NOTE: U'LL BE USING 2,4,6 AND 8 instead of the keypad analog ok?
Good!
D) now press the "8" button on your phone's keypad and scroll to where u'll see the ip number e.g 010.199.212.002
E) when you get to the ip number, press the (star key) once starting from the begining of the ip and move till u get to the last number of the ip. E.g, in the ip"010.199.212.002" you'll press the star key when you get to the first number which is "0" and move it till you get to "2" which is the last number of the ip
F) when you get to the last number of the ip, press the middle button of your phone's analog or simply press "5" and choose "cut"
then scroll to "text"
G) now, write your desired ip address in this format; 000.000.000.000 i.e in (3) inputs.
H) click ok when you are done
I) finally, press option and click save.
Congratulations! You'v just created cheat for your self.
Note: send it to your phone using a china phone or a s40 or s60 phone.

Make sure you dont tamper with any other number or figures in the proxy other than the ip number only.
